A Research Invitation

Are you a mid-career woman who's successful on paper... but quietly unfulfilled?

You're not alone. I've been there.

I’m Margaret Osborn, and after leaving my full-time corporate role in 2024, I’ve embarked on a mission that’s deeply personal: To design a program that supports powerful, high-achieving women who feel stuck between who they've become for everyone else and who they expected themselves to be.

Today, I'm simply eager to meet and listen to the stories of brilliant women.

I’m currently interviewing 50 women who can relate to feeling any of this:

  • Trapped between wanting more and feeling guilty about it
  • Ready for a career change but dread starting over or terrified of losing what they’ve built
  • Exhausted from playing roles that no longer fit who they want to be
  • Tired of being talked over and undervalued at work or not getting a well-earned seat at the table

Thorough your stories and lessons earned, I hope to build something transformative. Because women shouldn’t have to choose between success and authenticity; we shouldn't have to sacrifice who we are for what everyone else wants us to be.

My Story

Hi friends. I’m putting it all out there to tell you my Unabashed story.

Fifteen years ago, I looked like I had it all figured out. I had built a successful business, had the title, the accolades, the reputation, the work ethic that never quit…

But in truth? I felt trapped. I felt lost, disconnected and unsure how to show up in the world without performing a version of myself.

And underneath it all, I was unhappy and stuck in habits that dulled who I really was. Ultimately my physical and mental health suffered. I hit one of the lowest points of my life.

What I craved wasn’t more hustle.
I needed clarity. Alignment. And most of all connection.

Connection to myself, my voice, my purpose, and to other women who felt the same.

I devoured all the self-help books, the podcasts. But  I knew I needed more than inspiration. I needed transformation.

What finally changed everything? I got sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. I accepted responsibility and began my journey back.

I started doing the work and stopped asking for permission. I stopped hiding. I realized I was worthy not just of love, but self-love, purpose, and that clarity I craved.

And once I embraced who I really was, I felt free.

This is why I've created Be Unabashed.

It’s a community. A movement for women who are done shrinking and done fitting into someone else’s expectation of them. Done saying yes when their whole being wants to say no.

Team Unabashed is a collective of bold, bad ass women who have walked this path. We help other women find their voice and use it more boldly to build lives and careers that actually reflect who they are.

If any part of this hits close to home, Unabashed might be exactly what you’ve been looking for. I hope you'll join us.
